This is a small village in district chiniot.It is situated in Union Council No 19 of Teh Chininot. It's name is chak No 145 JB Salaray.Actual when British gotten hold on whole sub-continent then they alloted the Chak numbers as per canal link , that's why it called Chak NO 145 JB. But as well as Chak No 145 jb it also famous with the name of SALARA due to Salara cast who's having majortiy and leading the village. It is 35 km faraway to chiniot and and 30 Km from Faisalabad. Some years ago its outlook was not good but today it is view a good show due to one person that is Muhammad mansha salara (late).Now days it is producing agriculture at the best level. Its people are very hardworking. Here the Numberdar is Haji Haq nawaz and Muhammad Sarwar. Literacy rate is 60% of male and 30% of female. There is tomb of Peer Haji Noor chishti sabri and his son Peer shaikh Ahamad.
A canal is also passing near to this village.
Agriculture : Potato, rice, maze,wheat and matar etc are the main crops of the chak 145jb salaray.
Peoples : Peoples are very hard worker and honest.Women do the work beside the men.
Shalwar kameez is famous dress but some boys also wearing the pent shirt.
