Ezu Leni [Heaven in local Xhose language],is what we call this part of the world and is on the Wild Transkei Coast,South Africa. There are only seven holiday homes in total. We also refer to it as the Oasis of the Transkei and are fortunate to have a interest in one of these homes which are very remote and in "no mans land".Ezu Leni is right on the coast and at the mouth of a lovely river which is navigable for miles. One can enjoy mangroves, plenty of bird life and the river is full of all species of fish. For obvious reasons water sking is not permitted and only very small river boats are permitted. Sharks are a plentiful.The closest rural country town is 3 hours away via very rough dirt road and no electricity is supplied to the holiday cottages. We have our own generators, and our water tanks keep us supplied with drinking water fed from the heavens.There is miles of no mans land and unfenced green rolling hills plus picture perfect remote beaches. There is a abundance of sea life and sea shells are a plenty. All the cottage owners, respect and enjoy the enviroment AND ensure nature is not disturbed.
